Dear Mr. Sitts,
I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle and visited your auto group. I thought i had in store a long, long painful negotiation ahead of me when deciding on a 1998 corvette. I have been purchasing new cars since 1966, and knew of the negative experiences that could be had with the car purchasing process. To my surprise and astonishment, your sales person Karl made this experience quite pleasurable. Along with other members of your sales staff that took the extra time to make our wait comfortable and even offering us beverages.
i felt very comfortable with Karl because of his integrity, honesty, and knowledge that came forward during my transaction. Your credit manager Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and effective in obtaining me a most favorable percentage rate on my auto loan.further more upon taking possession of this extremely clean car i found a couple of glitches with the computer pressure gauge, and a loos seat. With it being the weekend I called Karl first thing Monday morning, he told me he would get back with me.
True to his word, I received a call back within 30 minutes. I was given an appointment for Wednesday morning and was told that the option of a loaner vehicle was being made available to me. Upon my arrival at your service center, I found I was expected and the loaner vehicle that we discussed was indeed waiting for me. I received a a phone call around 2:30pm that the repairs had been completed. When I went back to pick up the corvette I was extremely happy to see the car was ready, had been extremely clean, and the items were professionally corrected.
I own and operate a plumbing, heating, and sewer cleaning business. I require an assortment of vehicles to run this business. AS MANY OF YOU ALREADY KNOW, BEFORE THE VAN, I HAD TO LIFT HER FROM HER WHEELCHAIR AND PLACE HER IN THE SEAT OF MY OLD VAN. MANY TIMES WE COULD NOT GET HER MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR IN THE OLD VAN. WINTERS WERE REAL TOUGH. NOW WITH THIS NEW VAN, I OPEN THE DOOR FOR HER AND SHE NOW DRIVES HER CHAIR UP INTO THE CAN. HER CHAIR IS ALWAYS WITH HER. BEFORE, WHEN I COULD NOT GET HER CHAIR IN THE CAN, I TOOK A STROLLER (HANDICAPPED ONE) IN WHICH I HAD TO LIFT HER OUT OF THE VAN AND PLACE HER INTO THE STROLLER THEN WHEEL HER AROUND IN THE STORES. TAYLOR CAN NOW DRIVE HERSELF INTO THE STORES AND IS MUCH HAPPIER.
THE OWNERSHIP AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL.

In 1978, we sold our last Corvette (1976) and got busy with raising a family and everything that goes along with it. We always had to be very practical, but recently decided it was time to do something just for fun. We had been looking for a good used C5 Corvette. We saw some, but just not the right one. I found your new listing for a 2004 on autotrader.com. I called and talked to Curt Conrad. It was late in the day and we live near Marietta. We left immediately, got stuck in traffic and arrived just before closing time. Curt had set the car aside with our name on it. We drove it and decided it was the one. Curt and some of your staff stayed past closing time for us. We were unable to take the car at that time as there was an issue that needed to be fixed. When we returned, Curt was again very helpful and shared information on the cruise-in, corvette part sources, and some of your unique cars. It was a very positive experience.

I was looking to replace my 2001 Volvo V40 wagon last fall, and my father-in-law, as well as our office manager, strongly recommended I visit your dealership to find a good automobile. I've always preferred an excellent used vehicle to purchasing a brand-new one, and I was told that your dealership was by far the best place in our area for quality used automobiles.
My experience, both during several visits in september when I purchased my car, and also during a visit today to address some relatively minor problems, has strongly confirmed for me that Don Sitts Auto Sales offers outstanding service. Jeff Hardman is the salesperson who not only helped me purchase my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr/MKZ, but has continued to offer caring and friendly service. Although I initially visited last September to look at a Cadillac CTS (which had already sold), Jeff suggested I might be interested in the MKZ on your lot after talking with me for a while and getting to know me and what I was looking for/needed in a vehicle. It was a great vehicle, had everything I was looking for, and after doing some research and driving it a couple of times, I decided to buy it. Jeff was very non-pressure, patient, and guided me through the purchase process effortlessly. I have never before gone through the automobile purchase process in such a non-stressful manner.
Today, I came back to your dealership because the heated/cooled seat controls are not working, as well as some loose chrome on the B and pillars and an annoying squeak in the brakes. I buy a lot of cars online, and sight unseen. I almost always buy from private individuals, because of a couple bad dealer experiences. To be honest, I didn't think there were any reputable car dealerships in existence anymore until I ran across Don Sitts Auto Sales on the internet. They had a car that I fell in love with but I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy from a dealer. I called and asked questions which they gladly answered, they took more photos for me, and were very happy to accommodate any and all requests I had. I bet it was at least a month, maybe more, from our first conversation that I decided to buy my Challenger. At no time during that month did I ever feel pressured by my salesman Curt, who was an absolute professional to deal with. We kept in contact but there were no high pressure sales pitches ever. Both men are of the utmost integrity, and Ed was even able to get me a better interest rate than I could get at my own credit union! For the past two years, I've been seriously looking for my dream car Corvette. I followed up on newspaper ads, bought the Corvette magazines, and drove by Don Sitts Auto frequently. Just wanted to tell you and your staff how much of a pleasant experience we had with your dealership. We drove in from the Rocky River area, less than an hour away with a trade-in and drove away with a cool looking Chevy HHR. The entire transaction now tops the list of great dealership experiences I had over the years.
There's none of the “hanging” around the front door like vultures, as with other dealerships, instead it's like a welcoming family experience and that goes from the initial contact of the guys washing cars to our sale rep Jeff Hardman, to your business manager Ed Tuma and “go to guy” Blaine. I am completely satisfied with the entire process of buying my Montego. I am especially happy with how Curt worked with me. I've been looking for a car for a few weeks. Many other places I went I felt like I was being preyed upon. The salesmen were like vultures hovering around to pounce on me. And of course, I heard the classic line “What's it gonna take you get you in this car today?” I hate feeling pressured and I hate those stereotypical sales lines.
Curt was not like that at all. I never felt any pressure, and I never heard any “cheesy” sales pitch lines. I felt he treated me with respect and listened to what I was interested in, and I really appreciate that.
